Experteer Overview
As Technical Lead for backend services, you shape scalable, secure software that protects critical workloads. You lead a motivated team, driving architecture and delivery for telemetry processing, policy rendering at scale, and low-latency API endpoints. You will work in a distributed, complex environment to improve scale, reliability, and security. This role sits at the intersection of workload security and AI infrastructure, offering impactful, customer-facing impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide technical leadership and architectural contributions for backend services
• Design and implement scalable telemetry ingestion and processing from customer data sources




• Develop policy rendering and enforcement at scale across many points of control
• Build API endpoints with low latency under heavy data throughput
• Operate within and improve highly distributed system environments and handle related failure modes

Responsabilidades
• 9+ years of software development experience with Go, C++, or Java
• Technical leadership experience in software engineering
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree with 11+ years of related experience (or equivalent)
