If yes, the position of bControls Project Engineer /b could be the ideal next step in your career and professional growth. /p h3Your Position /h3 pAs a bControls Project Engineer /b, you will play a key role in the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of automation control systems, primarily using PLCs and industrial PCs (FSC). You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design, programming, and commissioning of sortation and automation systems using PLCs and FSC. /li liDevelop and maintain detailed control system documentation, including specifications, functional descriptions, software programs, and system architecture. /li liCollaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration. /li liLead site commissioning and troubleshoot control issues during the start‑up phase. /li liInterface directly with clients and suppliers to clarify technical specifications and resolve issues.



/li liConduct training sessions for operational and maintenance staff on system functionality and troubleshooting. /li liMonitor system performance during production ramp‑up and analyze incidents to recommend corrective actions. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in engineering standards and quality assurance practices. /li liEnsure compliance with safety standards, labor risk prevention, and industrial regulations. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 pAs a successful Controls Project Engineer, you bring a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory. /li liCandidates with relevant technical certifications, vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent hands‑on experience will also be considered. /li liRecent Graduates and Early Career Professionals are encouraged to apply. /li liSolid understanding of industrial automation and control systems. /li liHands‑on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, or similar) is preferred; exposure through academic projects, internships, training programs, or certification courses is also valued.



/li liKnowledge of TCP/IP communications. /li liFamiliarity with SCADA/HMI systems and fieldbus technologies (e.g., Profinet, Profibus, ASi). /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills for control logic and system debugging. /li liAbility to interpret and create electrical schematics and technical documentation. /li liEffective communicator in both Spanish and English (minimum B2 level). /li liWillingness to travel domestically and internationally for system commissioning and customer support. /li liExperience with commissioning and troubleshooting in field environments is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pAs a bControls Project Engineer /b, you will have the opportunity to be part of complex and meaningful automation projects that shape the future of logistics.
