approved drawings, specifications and relevant procedures. /liliAttend the Factory Acceptance Test at the vendor’s premises as the Client/Contractor representative. /liliWitness and verify visual inspections of manual valves. /liliVerify valve dimensions against approved drawings and datasheets. /liliWitness pressure, hydrostatic, pneumatic and leakage tests, as applicable. /liliVerify the functional operation and mechanical performance of the valves. /liliConfirm that test equipment is calibrated and supported by valid calibration certificates. /liliVerify compliance with approved project specifications, quality requirements and applicable industry standards. /liliReview inspection records, material certificates, test certificates and vendor documentation. /liliIdentify, document and report any non-conformities, deviations or outstanding technical matters. /liliCoordinate with the vendor’s quality and technical teams during the inspection. /liliClearly record accepted, rejected and pending items. /liliPrepare and submit a detailed FAT inspection report, including findings, photographs, test results, punch-list items and recommendations. /liliProvide a clear recommendation regarding acceptance, conditional acceptance or rejection of the inspected equipment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
