Your future role
Take a new challenge and apply your industrial planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You’ll manage the adequacy between demand and resources to reach customers QCD and project timescales while optimizing site resources with the corresponding functions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Tender department, Project Managers and Demand planners), apply Industrial Planning Golden rules, manage demand in the Core Planning Tools and ERP, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of consolidating and analyzing the demand and plan forecast, but also check the consistency and completeness of the demand forecast and put in place corrective actions when needed.
Responsibilities
- Inject the demand forecast into GSI (and/or short-term monthly demand planning tool)
- For firm demand, validate the adequacy between the need expressed by the project team and the product lead-time communicated by the supplier before registering the firm need into GSI
- Guarantee that the data inside the ERP / Core Planning Tool are the latest updates
- Collaborate in the execution of the quarterly S&OP;: build the industrial planning for opportunities in coherency with inputs from tender team,
project team, site strategic plan and firm projects already in the portfolio
- Report the Work In Progress (WIP) and Finished goods (FG) for Hard Inventory (HI) consolidation in time
- Report the Manufacturing Throughput and Production Performance KPIs in time

- University or technical degree in Engineering
- High level of English and Spanish required
- Knowledge in Core Planning Tools and ERP
- 3 years of experience in similar roles
