Nuitée is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to guide and develop our general Customer Service operation from our Barcelona office. You’ll lead a team of representatives and supervisors, coach on how to handle VIP bookings, cancellations, and special requests, and partner with other departments to streamline processes.

You’ll monitor SLAs and KPIs, foster a customer-first culture, and own performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
