As Design Leader at Docplanner, you shape the end-to-end experience for doctors and clinics, from practice tools to AI-assisted interactions. You’ll build and mentor a design team, partnering with engineering and product leadership to create simple, effective experiences used daily by healthcare professionals. You will engage with real users, translate insights into measurable improvements, and drive a human-centered, scalable design vision. This role offers impact at a general scale and a chance to advance healthcare UX with AI.

Responsabilidades
• Led design for a real, multi-user product with measurable impact
• Experience growing and mentoring designers into higher performance
• Strong focus on user behavior and psychology, not just interfaces
• Comfort with AI-enabled product decisions and prototype-led thinking
• Ability to work cross-functionally xqbhyrx and own outcomes end-to-end
• Portfolio showing impactful design work with evidence of decisions and results
• Not required to have healthcare background but able to demonstrate domain-appropriate design thinking
