Experteer Overview As International Payroll Specialist, you will own end-to-end payroll processes for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with external vendors to implement and optimize global payroll, driving data integrity and timely disbursements. You work closely with finance to manage taxes, deductions, and supplier payments, while maintaining strict data protection standards. - Oversee end-to-end payroll processes for employees across multiple countries to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance
- Collect and validate employee data (new hires, terminations, salary changes)
- Address payroll inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Coordinate with internal finance on disbursements of funds for employees, taxes, and other payments
- Support implementation of a new integral payroll vendor, including discovery sessions with key partners
- Review and validate payroll inputs (employee data, timesheets, benefits, deductions) for accuracy and compliance




- Maintain payroll data integrity and employee records in line with data protection regulations
- Conduct periodic payroll audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in global payroll managementResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years of international payroll experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with automated payroll systems and third-party providers
- Handle highly sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills
- Analytical and mathematical ability to identify issues and solve problems
- Critical thinker with ability to propose process improvements
- Ability to read and interpret data and assess reasonableness
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookups)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
