Under the Guidance of the Outlet Manager responsible for supervising the team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team. /p ul liSupport the Outlet Manager in any required task. /li liSupporting the efficient operation of the FB areas. /li liMaintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and general HACCP standards /li liMaintaining and improving the guest experience / guest satisfaction /li liCoordination of opening and closing tasks. /li liManage food beverage control including inventory, outlet pars, costs controls, potentials,



mix of sales analysis for food beverage, issue returns and food standards. /li liImplement agreed upon food beverage policy and procedures throughout the property. /li liTrain and supervise staff on control policies and procedures. /li liMonitor adherence to all control policies and procedures. /li liEnsure team provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations. /li liEnsure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to. /li liEnsure cash handling procedures are followed and all stock items are managed. /li liEnsure that team is continually trained in product knowledge, all menus and Hotel initiatives. /li liOversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverage to meet set standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbWhat we are looking for... /b /p ul li+2 years of experience in hospitality within food beverage. /li liSome college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management valuable. /li liAbility to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
