This role is tasked with successfully achieving divisional goals related to Sustainability KPIs through the use of Control Devices for efficient Electricity, Natural Gas, Water and Waste-Generation processes. /p h3Key Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liIdentified as a Senior Engineer/Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regards to Can-Making and Facilities Equipment, Controls Devices and Line Control Program Language used in a Can-Making Plant. /li liCreates / Understands / Implements the Global Standards that lead to the best-in-class Electricity, Natural Gas, Water and Waste-Generation. /li liSupports Global Sustainability Engineering stakeholders in the pursuit and adoption of best-in-class Electricity, Natural Gas, Water and Waste-Generation Global Standards. /li liTrains Employees on process steps and best practices with regards to the efficient use of Electricity, Natural Gas, Water and Waste-Generation.



/li liDemonstrates strong knowledge and utilization of Lean Six Sigma in all phases of the implementation of Electricity, Natural Gas, Water and Waste-Generation Global Standards. /li liDevelops / Plans / Executes capital projects that support the implementation of Electricity, Natural Gas, Water and Waste-Generation Global Standards. /li liConverts guidance and data from Global Sustainability Engineering into Strategy and Action Plans for the EMEA region. /li liCollaborates with supply base to identify new sustainability technologies; feeding new information to the Global Sustainability Engineering group for consideration in the General Standards. /li /ul h3Experience And Skills Required /h3 ul liUniversity level degree or work-related experience. /li liMinimum 5 years of relevant experience within high speed packaging manufacturing environment. /li liProficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Project. /li liExcellent English communication skills - verbal, written and presentation skills. /li liKnowledge of contracts and specifications. /li liExcellent program/project management skills. /li liFinancial literacy and business acumen with the ability to objectively assess projects and teams and meet cost, margin, and profitability targets. /li liWilling and able to travel 60% to 80% of working time. /li /ul pbWork environment:



/b This position based in France supports central functions and offers flexible working arrangements, including hybrid or fully remote options, subject to job requirements and manager approval. /p pbSalary range: /b €47,250 – €68,040 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
