Chubb is seeking an APAC Vendor Management Analyst to support the execution of our regional Vendor Management strategy across APAC.In this role, you will work closely with the APAC Vendor Manager and APAC Vendor Management Lead to help strengthen governance, enhance reporting and analytics, support due diligence activities, and contribute to vendor performance management across the region. regional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the analysis of internal and external data to help inform business decisions and drive corrective actions.Assist with due diligence processes across multiple vendor categories and jurisdictions.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date claims vendor register.Support data uploads to keep vendor management dashboards and tools current.Develop Excel reports and professional PowerPoint presentations to support the regional Vendor Management Performance Program.Assist regional, country, and external stakeholders in using vendor management tools.Create user guides and training documentation to support platform adoption.Help identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and support risk mitigation.Contribute to key regional vendor management initiatives.Support the wider COG Vendor Management team through conference calls across time zones when required.
