Responsibilities

- You write and produce content that gets read and shared — articles, posts, web copy, landing pages, and video — for social media, the website, and beyond.
- You create campaign materials and content that arm the sales team for outreach and follow-up, turning our expertise into assets that open doors.
- You plan and run promotional campaigns across all of our marketing channels, keeping the message consistent and the reach growing.
- You coordinate with internal subject‑matter experts and ambassadors to source, shape, and sign off content that’s as accurate as it is engaging.
- You organise and coordinate video and photo recording — from planning the shoot to delivering the final edit.
- You keep Ardena connected from the inside: intranet posts, the company newsletter, and internal emails that people actually want to open.

Requirements





- Excellent copywriting skills — you can make complex topics clear, sharp, and on‑brand.
- Hands‑on experience managing and creating for social media.
- Experience working with WordPress (or a similar CMS).
- Video editing and design skills — comfortable in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalents.
- Curious about AI and confident using AI tools to create, edit, and scale content.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences is a strong plus.
- Organised, self‑driven, and a natural collaborator who thrives in a fast‑moving, international team.
