You'll play a key role in ensuring that the team is building the right solutions, in the right way, for the right business outcomes. /ppYour responsibilities will include: /pulliActing as the technical leader for a complex cloud-native platform built on b.NET /b and bAzure /b. /liliProactively driving initiatives, following up on open topics, and ensuring progress even when dependencies move slowly. /liliChallenging technical and business decisions when necessary, including product owners, developers, customer stakeholders, and internal teams. /liliIdentifying risks early and raising concerns before they become delivery or quality issues. /liliBuilding a deep understanding of the customer's business, processes, and challenges. /liliLeading architectural discussions and supporting technical decision-making across multiple teams. /liliEnsuring high-quality engineering practices and maintainable, scalable solutions.



/liliPreparing technical documentation, workshops, reviews, and stakeholder meetings in a structured and organized manner. /liliMentoring developers and helping the team grow technically and professionally. /li /ulh3What You'll Need /h3pWe're looking for a hands-on leader who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /ph3Required Experience /h3ulliExtensive experience as a Senior Backend Engineer, Lead Developer, or Technical Lead. /liliStrong expertise in bC# /b and b.NET /b (preferably .NET 8). /liliProven experience working with bAzure Cloud /b services in production environments. /liliExperience designing and operating bmicroservice architectures /b. /liliStrong understanding of event-driven and distributed systems. /liliAbility to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliFluent English (written and spoken). /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliAngular and TypeScript knowledge to understand the broader platform architecture. /liliExperience with IoT platforms and connected devices. /liliKnowledge of IoT security concepts, certificate management, Secure Boot, or encryption mechanisms. /liliExperience working in multilingual, international environments. /li /ulh3What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? /h3ulliTakes ownership rather than waiting for direction.
