The adecuado candidate combines technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, delivering scalable, efficient, and upgrade-safe solutions in a financial services environment. /p h3Main tasks and accountabilities will be: /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on Business Request Catalogue and ticketing processes. /li liDevelop and enhance self-service portal components, including custom widgets and forms, to improve user experience. /li liCreate, optimise, and maintain reusable server-side and client-side scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts). /li liImplement integrations to streamline onboarding and request management processes. /li liLeverage out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities whenever possible to ensure sustainable and low-maintenance solutions. /li liCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. /li liSupport testing, documentation, deployment, and release activities within Agile delivery cycles. /li liTroubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes across development, test, and production environments. /li liEnsure compliance with ITSM standards, enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and change management processes.
