We are looking for an bIndustrial Quality Engineer /b to strengthen validation rigor and data‑driven decision making across our EMS and ODM manufacturing partners. This role sits at the intersection of bquality, industrialization, and test validation /b, ensuring that product performance, test limits, and supplier processes are robust, statistically justified, and aligned with quality standards. The idóneo candidate must have enough technical understanding to bchallenge assumptions, validate data, and prevent weak quality decisions /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor production processes (process quality control) and manage day‑to‑day activities of our industrial footprint. Manage supplier quality processes, deviation requests, engineering changes, and quality claims in coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers. /li liIdentify and troubleshoot any quality issues and work to resolve them efficiently together with our partners. Review and challenge 8D reports. /li ul liEnsure strong root cause analysis (avoid superficial conclusions).



/li liValidate data consistency vs conclusions. /li /ul liConduct factory audits and support supplier qualification across diverse industrial environments. Evaluate manufacturing processes, operational efficiency, quality control systems, and compliance with international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and workplace safety regulations. /li liParticipate in the industrialization of new products and industrial quality validation (PPAP / process readiness) to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently and with high quality. /li ul liReview Control Plans, MSA, capability studies. /li liEnsure alignment between risk and control strategy. /li /ul liVerify and challenge test limits and changes: /li ul liEnsure statistical justification (Cp/Cpk, distributions, sample size). /li liAssess impact on yield vs escape risk. /li liIdentify inconsistencies between design, test, and production. /li /ul liDrive supplier quality performance (EMS/ODM): /li ul liRequest and analyze data (yield, DPPM). /li liEscalate weak decision‑making or lack of evidence. /li /ul liPrepare presentations for managerial sessions when required. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, or related field). /li liMinimum of 7 years of experience in electronic manufacturing, Industrial Quality or related roles. /li liExperience in a quality assurance role within the electronic industry. /li liFamiliarity with quality standards such as ISO 2859‑1 sampling procedure for inspection. /li liFamiliarity with quality management system (QMS) and manufacturing audit process in factories (ISO 9001). /li liHands‑on experience with supplier quality management processes (PPAP, 8D, deviations, engineering changes, quality claims).
