This role combines deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365 Apps, network connectivity, and tenant health with strong skills to optimize configurations, and drive usage growth. /li liProactively assess tenant health, network readiness, and application performance, identify risks and misconfigurations while delivering actionable recommendations aligned with Microsoft best practices. /li liDrive usage insights through usage analytics, governance strategies, and end-user enablement to ensure customers realize the full value of Microsoft 365. /li liProvide governance, compliance, and operational guidance to strengthen platform health. /li liDeliver professional customer-facing documentation summarizing health assessments, usage insights, and recommended next steps. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liAdvanced level of English and French/Arabic or Italian /li liMinimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and optimization /li liMicrosoft 365 Apps (Office, Teams, Outlook) /li liExperience managing and optimizing Microsoft Teams for enterprise environments /li liKnowledge of M365 workloads (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business)
