ph3About the position /h3pAre you passionate about data quality, governance, and driving business excellence across international teams? Join us and play a key role in shaping the integrity and effectiveness of customer master data across the EMEA region. /ph3Responsibilities and tasks /h3ulliOwn and monitor customer master data quality for the assigned region for the NPE division /liliEnforce GEA Group and divisional customer data standards, policies, and governance rules /liliExecute and steer deduplication, merging, obsoletion, and cleansing activities /liliSupport and coach local customer data stewards and build a regional steward community /liliSupport SAP S/4HANA (MDG‑C) and CRM operations and ensure compliance with customer data workflows /liliSupport Transform360 data readiness, including data quality monitoring and validation /liliProvide transparency on data quality KPIs, risks, and improvement progress /liliPerform testing of data related changes in CRM/MDG, raise defects, and provide concrete feedback to central product/process teams /liliDocument operating procedures/SOPs and work instructions for regional execution (request validation, enrichment rules, approvals, escalation paths), and keep them current /liliCollaborate daily with Sales, Service, Finance and Data Governance counterparts to unblock requests and ensure smooth order to cash handoffs (e.g., correct addresses/VAT to prevent invoice rejections) /li /ulh3Profile and qualifications /h3ulliExperience in Master Data Management,
