Forecasting Controllingbr/Own the full PL for the French entity, including Revenue, COGS, Brand support and OPEXbr/Lead budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning processesbr/Deliver timely and accurate monthly closing and management reportingbr/Analyze performance vs. plan/prior year and drive corrective actionsbr/Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIsbr/Provide in-depth variance analysis and performance commentarybr/Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and reporting processes /li li4. Statutory, Accounting Compliancebr/Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and Group IFRS.br/Act as primary contact for auditorsbr/Ensure effective internal control environment and risk management framework, including credit limit risks (Coface insurance)br/Monitor impacts on PL, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flowbr/Oversee cash flow and working capital management, including DSO optimization inventory turnoverbr/Supervise payroll-related financial aspects in coordination with HR /li li5.
