In this full-time role, you will carry out essential installation, renovation, and general upkeep tasks on various property projects across Palma. If you enjoy hands-on technical work and want to contribute to high-quality building and renovation projects in Mallorca, this position offers an idóneo environment for you to demonstrate your skills. /ph3As an Installation and Maintenance Technician, your main tasks will include: /h3ulliExecuting plumbing work in both new building installations and complete property renovations. /liliInstalling, repairing, and maintaining water distribution networks, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, taps, water softeners, and water heaters. /liliDiagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing breakdowns efficiently. /liliPerforming complementary masonry tasks such as tiling, flooring, plasterboard and drywall assembly, and final finishing touches. /liliFitting doors, furniture, and other housing fixtures needed for property conditioning. /liliTaking an active part in general property maintenance while guaranteeing safety standards and top quality in all executed tasks.
