An innovative approach to problem-solving is essential for this role. /ppLocation Travel: Due to the strategic importance of the "Make in India" program, candidates must have the availability to travel frequently to India (FAL in Vadodara). /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelopment and implementation of ground test procedures in compliance with Engineering, Quality, and HSE standards. /liliSpecification of requirements for testing tools and means. /liliProviding technical support on the shop floor during ground tests. /li /ulh3Technical Inputs Outputs /h3ulliInputs: Manufacturing processes, qualified company standards, design models, and technical documentation. /liliOutputs: Technical instructions, testing programs, and process definitions for manufacturing and flight line environments. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline. /liliExperience: At least 3 years in Systems Engineering within the aerospace sector. /liliCompetencies: Adaptability to manufacturing environments and ability to work cross‑functionally with Production, Quality,
