define and analyze delivery metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency. /li liSupport solution implementation and operational excellence activities, ensuring service stability, incident follow-up, and production readiness. /li liAct as the main business stakeholder for application-related initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal controls, risk management, security and regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline. /li liProven experience in Service Delivery Management, Application Management, Product Delivery, or a similar role within a software development environment. /li liStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC governance, backlog management, release planning, and software quality practices. /li liExperience working with multiple stakeholders across Business, Product, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Security functions. /li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive delivery in complex and regulated environments. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken). /li liSpanish is considered an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
