Through thoughtful service, clear communication, and strong collaboration, you support colleagues and visitors, so they feel cared for and supported throughout their journey. /pulliManaging reception operations to ensure a professional, welcoming, and secure environment for employees and visitors, including visitor registration, handling deliveries, and general front-desk support. /liliLiaising with courier services, transport partners (i.e. taxi), cleaning teams, and office suppliers. /liliMonthly support with the reviewing of the invoices (travel suppliers, office suppliers, events). /liliAssisting with the coordination of internal events in collaboration with the Project Team. /liliMaintaining relationships with hotels and providing feedback on the yearly agreements together with the Integral Travel Team. /liliProvide support and guidance to travelers regarding procedures. /liliCoordinating and managing business travel arrangements together with external providers in line with company policies when needed. /li /ulh3WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH /h3pYou will collaborate closely with facilities, security, and people teams to ensure seamless office operations and adherence to workplace safety standards. You will also work closely with the People Manager and Controlling to monitor and analyze travel and reception costs and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
