We are looking to hire a Recruiter to join our team in Madrid.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in managing and supporting our consultants, serving as their go-to person on a day-to-day basis and actively participating in the talent selection and development processes within the organization. Your mission will be to combine people management (60%) with recruitment and selection tasks (40%), ensuring a positive experience for all professionals and contributing to the team’s growth.

Responsibilities

- Talent selection: actively participating in recruitment processes (posting job openings, conducting interviews, coordinating with managers, onboarding, etc.).
- People management: supporting and monitoring consultants, addressing their questions, concerns, and day-to-day needs.
- Development and wellbeing: promoting engagement, motivation, and professional development within the team.
- Internal communication: serving as a liaison between consultants, managers, and corporate departments.
- Basic HR administrative management:



providing support for performance evaluation processes and monitoring and updating personnel data.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–1.5 years of experience in people management or recruitment (consulting, temporary staffing agency, HR department, etc.).
- High B2 or C1 level of Portuguese.
- B1 level of English or higher.
- No Spanish required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented.
- Passion for people and for creating positive, collaborative work environment.
