Laboratory Technician Assistant for the Endothelial pathobiology and microenvironment group, led by Dr. Mariona Graupera, at the Josep Carreras Leukaemia Research Institute (IJC) – a comprehensive cancer research center dedicated to leukaemia and hematologic malignancies.

Location: IJC, Can Ruti Biomedical Campus, Barcelona, Spain

Research Focus

To develop therapeutic strategies targeting the endothelium by exploring vessel growth and function, and by identifying pathological contexts where vasculature influences cancer, including lymphoma.

Responsibilities

- Process tissue samples, including cutting and staining.
- Support specific laboratory techniques.
- Genotype large numbers of samples.
- Maintain an organized and responsible workflow.




- Collaborate with team members and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

- Fluency in English (considered a plus).
- Basic laboratory and tissue processing skills.
- Experience with high‑throughput genotyping (preferred).
- Strong organizational and proactive attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills.
