Our offerings include a 2 Michelin‑star restaurant, cocktail bar, Mimosa Garden, pool terrace, event spaces, and a luxury spa with indoor pool and gym. /ph3About the job /h3pBased at bMandarin Oriental, Barcelona /b , within the bFront Office Department /b , the bDoorman /b is responsible for creating a warm first and last impression by welcoming guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, and ensuring a smooth and elegant traffic flow at the hotel entrance. The Doorman reports to the bBell Captain /b. /ph3As a Doorman, you will be responsible for the following duties:



/h3ulliInitiate contact with guests entering and departing the hotel by opening and closing the main hotel door. /liliPerform all Mandarin Oriental standards in accordance with the bLegendary Quality Experience /b. /liliAssist guests with luggage, including loading luggage onto carts for Bell Person delivery, baggage checks and proper tagging. /liliAssist guests with opening and closing car doors within thirty seconds of arrival. /liliBe responsible for the flow of street traffic outside the hotel, ensuring guest safety and smooth vehicle movement. /liliAssist guests with umbrellas during rainy weather. /liliRaise and lower the hotel flags according to standards. /liliMaintain the cleanliness and presentation of the driveway and main entrance. /liliHandle the delivery and storage of guest items and baggage. /liliBe familiar with all room products and hotel services, including ITT equipment. /liliPerform other duties as deemed appropriate by Hotel Management. /li /ulh3As a Doorman, we expect from you: /h3ulliStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /liliExcellent knowledge of hotel products and services. /liliA professional, welcoming and courteous attitude. /liliHigh sense of responsibility and reliability. /liliAbility to remain calm and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
