We are structured into two main areas: the Legal Commercial team (3 people) and the Litigation and Corporate team (3 people). We are looking for a fourth member to join our Legal Commercial (contracts) team in Palma, reporting directly to the Head of Legal Commercial, and working closely with the Legal Director. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pbWe are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support all matters related to commercial contracts and questions. This role also offers opportunities to handle a variety of other legal matters, including data protection, compliance, civil law, and more. Additionally, the Junior Legal Counsel will provide advice to various departments within the organization. Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts. /li liLanguages: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; German is a plus; knowledge UK law is a plus. /li liSkills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. /li liCharacteristics: Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to develop within the organization.
