You will also play a key role in creating the roadmap alongside the Product Managers, helping to shape priorities and ensure alignment with business needs. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with Product Managers and/or stakeholders to develop and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business needs. /li liAct as the point of contact for the agile team, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the team. /li liMaintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with the product vision, goals, and business priorities. /li liBreak down high-level objectives into actionable and deliverable tasks in collaboration with the agile team. /li liRegularly refine and update the backlog based on evolving requirements, stakeholder feedback, and data. /li liMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. /li liTogether with the Team Lead, provide input to the stakeholders to shape priorities and strategic direction based on team capacity and feasibility.
