Your Mission: Prestige Customer Relations & Driven Business Growth

Your primary goal involves driving store commercial success by delivering tailored, luxury-tier client service while maximizing daily business volumes. Therefore, you will manage personalized consultations, execute flawless visual merchandising layouts, and supervise inventory replenishment cycles. By doing so, you will directly minimize service bottlenecks during peak trade hours, secure strong repeat consumer loyalty,



and represent our London heritage with absolute pride.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Prestige Service Delivery: Build special, trust-based relationships with shoppers, providing a high-end, customized styling service that drives client retention.
- Commercial Drive: Actively promote our collections to hit established store sales targets and continuously expand our premium business volume.
- Brand Image Representation: Promote the premium quality image of Kurt Geiger across both internal workflows and external customer interactions.
- Visual Merchandising: Arrange and present accessories and footwear meticulously on the floor in strict accordance with executive visual merchandising directions.
- Stock & Logistics Support: Manage incoming stock orders, execute prompt product replenishment, and ensure a highly organized back-of-house structure.
- Boutique Upkeep: Supervise the general maintenance and cleanliness of the concession floor to keep the boutique atmosphere premium and inviting.

Who You Are: The Motivated Luxury Accessories Ambassador

- Proven Experience: You bring more than 2 years of verified experience working in a customer-centric retail environment.



Previous backgrounds inside El Corte Inglés concessions or premium fashion accessory brands are highly valued.
- The Linguist: You demonstrate an advanced professional command of English . Consequently, you feel completely comfortable advising international travelers. Fluency in French is a major professional advantage.
- Target Oriented: You possess a high orientation toward achieving economic goals, high motivation to grow inside a integral brand, and a proactive work ethic.
