What We’re Looking For

We are interested in professional couples who can work seamlessly together while maintaining the highest standards of:

- Seamanship and sailing knowledge
- Yacht maintenance and presentation
- Engineering and technical competence
- Guest service and hospitality
- Teamwork and communication
- Professionalism and discretion
- Yachtmaster Offshore (Commercially Endorsed) minimum
- Strong engineering and maintenance experience
- Proven sailing background

Preferred for offshore and world cruising programmes:

- AEC 1 & 2

For charter-focused opportunities, Captains and Chefs should ideally have:

- Minimum two seasons charter experience
- High-end guest service standards
