The primary objective of this role is to ensure operational efficiency, maintain high process quality, and guarantee compliance with safety standards, ultimately contributing to the organization’s overall performance and profitability. /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liDrive and motivate LEAN work teams to resolve incidents (e.g., GRP, GAP)



/li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration within Operations /li liEnsure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards in process control /li liImplement and maintain internal policies to guarantee regulatory and ethical compliance in engineering processes /li liSupport engineering projects and root cause analysis using machine and system data/logs /li liEnsure all activities are carried out in line with the company’s IT security standards /li /ul h3Main requirements: /h3 ul li5–6 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment /li liBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field /li liStrong experience in continuous improvement methodologies /li liKnowledge of Six Sigma (considered a plus) /li liEnglish level B2 or higher /li liDemonstrated proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving skills /li liPrevious bteam leadership or managerial experience /b /li liExperience working in bcross-functional or international environments /b /li liAdvanced knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools /li /ul h3What’s in it for you /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
