/liliExperience working within PMCM, Owner's Representative, Construction Management, or EPC environments is preferred. /li /ulh3Languages /h3ulliFluent spoken and written Spanish and English (essential). /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ulliTechnical Oversight /liliReview and monitor the installation of Electrical and Mechanical systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements. /liliSupport design reviews, technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, and construction documentation. /li /ulh3Construction Management /h3ulliSupervise site activities related to MEP systems and coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders. /liliMonitor construction progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation measures. /li /ulh3Quality Assurance Quality Control /h3ulliVerify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, inspection plans, and quality procedures. /liliWitness inspections, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning activities. /li /ulh3Testing Commissioning Support /h3ulliSupport commissioning activities from Level 1 to Level 5 where applicable. /liliCoordinate testing, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing, and handover documentation.
