ppbPlanning Manager - Madrid /b /p pAn established developer and real estate operator within the data center sector is seeking a Planning Manager to support the PMO leadership team and deliver large-scale critical infrastructure projects. This role will play a key part in coordinating the planning lifecycle of multiple high-value developments across Spain. /p pThis position offers ownership across the full development process. From construction, land acquisition and operational readiness, to utility coordination, permitting, and design. You will work closely with internal departments including energy, design, civils, construction, and operations to ensure projects progress efficiently through every phase. /p pThe successful candidate must be someone with strong project management skills, organisational mindset, and the ability to proactively drive progress across complex stakeholder environments. /p pThis is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding data center platform operating at the forefront of critical infrastructure development within one of Europe’s fastest-growing markets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and oversee strategic planning programmes for data center developments /li liDefine project phases, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple projects /li liMonitor development progress across permitting, design, utility connections, construction, and operational readiness /li liCoordinate closely with internal teams including energy, civils, design,
