pPACS is seeking a Leave of Absence Administrator to manage a caseload from initiation through return to work. You will interpret leave programs in line with FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and state laws while coordinating medical data and ensuring HIPAA compliance. /ppAs SME for the leave program, you will work with HR leadership, HRBPs, and Local HR to resolve cases, coordinate payroll impacts, and provide training support for LOA coordinators.
