You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy, managing a team of SEO specialists, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize their online presence. /p pYour primary objective will be to enhance their website's search rankings, expand their organic reach, and drive qualified traffic to increase website and app traffic to generate revenue. /p h3Responsibilities Overview /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, aligning it with business objectives and focusing on improving organic search rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates. /li liLead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's continuous growth and success. /li liConduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities within the travel industry, and optimize website content accordingly. /li liDevelop SEO audits, establish prioritized recommendations and coordinate their effective execution with stakeholders. /li liMonitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholders. /li liStay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO, user search behavior, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. /li liConduct thorough competitive analysis to identify industry trends,
benchmark performance against competitors. /li liCollaborate with web development teams to integrate SEO best practices deep into their website platform to be able to grow organic traffic in the long tail. /li liCollaborate with content development and translation teams to ensure SEO best practices are taken into account through the multilingual copywriting and translation processes. /li liStay informed about the latest developments in the travel industry, such as emerging destinations, popular travel experiences, and customer preferences, and incorporate them into SEO strategies and content creation. /li liCollaborate closely with marketing teams to integrate SEO strategies into broader marketing initiatives, including affiliate marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital advertising. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liProven +5 years experience in a senior SEO role leading SEO processes, preferably within the travel industry, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving organic traffic growth. /li liLeadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, align and inspire a team of SEO specialists. /li liIn-depth knowledge of technical SEO,
