The Role

We are partnered with a world class IT services provider based in Spain but working with clients on a integral scale. Following a promotion they are hiring a new Service Desk Analyst to join their existing team in Malaga.

If you've worked a service desk before, you'll know the gap between someone who logs a ticket and passes it on, and someone who owns it. We are looking for someone who can troubleshoot properly, knows when to elevate, and closes the loop before it becomes a complaint.

You’ll handle frontline support across tickets, email, and chat, triaging and resolving standard and moderately complex issues without someone standing over your shoulder. You will manage your own queue against SLAs, coordinating with resolver groups rather than waiting for updates to land in your inbox and picking up early warning signs from system alerts before they become incidents.





Please note that due to the nature of the role this position will be worked as part of a team that has a morning shift (8am start time), a late shift (11am start) and weekend shift work.

The successful Service Desk Analyst will have:

- Previous experience in a similar IT Support role
- Solid understanding of end‑user technology, common applications, identity and access basis, networking basics like DNS, Active Directory and database types
- Proactive and adaptable approach with strong team working and communication skills to deliver a high level of customer service
- Strong troubleshooting skills
