ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Integral Medical Excellence Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across the Global Medical function. The role ensures that Medical strategies are translated into scalable processes, high-quality execution, and measurable impact, while enabling Medical teams to operate efficiently, compliantly, and in close alignment with business priorities. This role acts as a strategic enabler and operational backbone of the Global Medical organization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Medical Excellence /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and continuously improve global Medical Excellence frameworks, standards, and best practices. /li liDrive consistency and quality in Medical activities across regions and therapeutic areas. /li liSupport Field Medical (MSL) Excellence by defining and monitoring Medical KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making. /li liDefine and support capability building initiatives related to Medical excellence (MSL/Med Advisor), ways of working, and operational rigor. /li /ul h3Medical Operations Governance /h3 ul liLead global Medical governance processes, including planning cycles, prioritization, and resource optimization. /li liEstablish and maintain efficient Medical operating models, workflows, and SOPs in collaboration with key stakeholders. /li liEnsure alignment with compliance, regulatory, and quality requirements in partnership with Legal, Compliance, and QA. /li liAct as a central point of coordination for cross-functional Medical initiatives. /li liOptimize and drive adoption of medical CRM tool / medical dashboards.



/li liProvide strategic operational lead for internal and external medical events (congresses, standalone, preceptorship, AB, etc.) ensuring excellence in the coordination of the scientific content and the teams involved. /li liCreate, develop and strengthen the Medical community. /li /ul h3Strategic Enablement Execution /h3 ul liTranslate Global Medical strategy into actionable operational plans and execution roadmaps. /li liSupport the Global Medical Leadership Team with structured insights, analysis, and recommendations. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, impact, and scalability of Medical activities. /li liIdentify operational risks and proactively propose mitigation actions. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liPartner closely with Global Medical leaders, regional Medical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, RD, Market Access, HR, etc.). /li liAct as a trusted advisor on Medical operations, excellence, and performance topics. /li liFacilitate alignment between global strategy and local execution needs. /li /ul h3Organization Chart Job Relationships /h3 ul libLine Manager: /b Global Medical Excellence Senior Manager /li libDirect Reporting /b N/A /li libJob Relationships /b ul liInternal: global and local medical affairs, clinical development, marketing, market access, regulatory,

Occasional interaction with industry peers, medical societies and external stakeholders for best practice exchange. /li /ul /li /ul h3Job Profile /h3 h3Qualifications and professional experience /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field. /li liAdvanced degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, PharmD, MBA, or Master’s in Medical/Scientific Communication) is a strong asset. /li li5–8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, or Medical Excellence roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. /li liProven experience in global or matrix environments. /li liStrong track record in process design, operational excellence, and change implementation. /li /ul h3Soft skills /h3 ul liStrategic mindset, with the ability to align capability building with business goals. /li liStrong communicator, able to engage and influence across functions and seniority levels. /li liCollaborative and cross-functional, skilled at working in multicultural, matrix environments. /li liProactive and solution-oriented, with a high sense of ownership. /li liAnalytical and impact-driven, focused on continuous improvement. /li liFlexible and adaptable, comfortable managing ambiguity and change. /li liSupportive and empowering, with a natural coaching style. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liCandidate should demonstrate English at an excellent level (proficiency). /li liOther European languages will be a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
