ppCBRE Loan Services is seeking an Analyst for its offices in Madrid whose primary responsibility will be supporting the Asset Managers in all aspects of the servicing of allocated commercial real estate loans. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liService assigned commercial real estate loans in continental Europe and UK and monitors their performance. /li liManage the set‑up of new loans in loan servicing system and responsible for maintaining the currency and integrity of loan information. /li liManage loan document files and document imaging. /li liAdministration and bookkeeping of the transaction. /li liSetting of interest periods and reference rates applicable for each period. /li liCalculate amounts to be paid by the Borrowers in accordance with loan documentation i.e. fees, interest, and principal amounts. /li liExecute payment instructions on each payment date according to waterfall provided. /li liProvide assistance as required to Asset Managers in responding to borrower’s audit enquiries. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Banking or Business preferred /li li1-3 years experience /li liExcellent Excel skills, with experience in managing high volumes of data and working with various systems. /li liExcellent command of English /li liAttention to detail and ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously. /li liOrganisational skills. /li liTeam player mentality.
