To expand our sales activities and technical support in Spain, we are looking in Madrid an /p h3Inside Sales Engineer /h3 pReporting to the Regional Sales Manager and after an induction training in France, he/she will be responsible for proactively developing and building sales, primarily though virtual channels to existing and new customers in Spain. The Inside Sales Engineer maintains and grows market share by providing frequent remote contact with target customers and prospects, delivering market and product information and managing the quotation-to-order process. /p h3Areas of responsibility /h3 ul liSales generation and account management within the assigned customer base using phone, Microsoft Teams or other virtual communication tools. /li liCollect qualify and record inbound and outbound leads, maintaining CRM and ensuring business opportunities are accurate and up to date. /li liPrepare and issue quotations,



negotiate pricing and commercial terms and convert quotes to orders. /li liProvide customers with accurate products and market information, deliver virtual products demonstrations and escalate complex technical enquiries to applications engineers when needed. /li liMaintain CRM and provide regular forecast updates and support market research. /li liCoordinate with applications engineers, operations, logistics and service teams to resolve customer issues and progress orders. /li liEnsure all customer interaction and documentation comply with Timken policies and legal requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical education. /li liSome first relevant experience (2-3 years) in technical sales support in an industrial environment. /li liStrong computer-based skills using CRM and Microsoft Office tools. /li liGood organizational and communication skills. /li liTeamwork and growth-oriented person. /liliAbility to maintain positive drive and attitude for each interaction with customers. /li /ul pWe will especially value the customer orientation and the motivation to grow within a company in continuous transformation and growth. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
