In this role you will define and drive a comprehensive test strategy across Clearing IT to ensure high-quality, compliant software. You will lead QA activities for change requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams in an international setting. You’ll establish robust defect management in JIRA and steer risk mitigation to enable timely releases. The position combines hands-on test leadership with strategy to improve quality across multiple projects and releases. This is an opportunity to shape quality in a complex, mission-critical financial environment.

• Establish and oversee defect management in JIRA with development and business teams
• Facilitate regular test management meetings to align stakeholders on priorities
• Identify risks early and escalate critical issues to project management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and release plans

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on test management for medium to large or complex projects
• Proven track record leading xqbhyrx test management across multiple releases
• Solid understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe methodologies
• Experience coordinating and leading a team of more than six testers
• Strong proficiency in JIRA for test management and defect tracking
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency preferred
