Job Overview

Hotel El Resistente Marbella, a 5* hotel located in Marbella, is seeking a Mozo/a de Almacén to work in its first-founded hotel. The candidate will collaborate with the Jefe/a de Economato in the procurement of the hotel inventory.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Jefe/a de Economato in defining material and merchandise needs for different departments.
- Ensure the achievement of departmental objectives in accordance with the hotel’s standards.
- Receive goods from suppliers based on company and hygiene standards.
- Perform inventory of stock in the warehouse before and during inventory periods.
- Organize the storage areas and maintain FIFO management of merchandise.
- Process orders and prepare them for distribution to each department.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the warehouses,



carrying out replenishment, order and storage functions per company criteria.

Qualifications

- Diploma of Secondary/Technical training in Administration and Finance (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a 5* or luxury segment environment, ideally within Leading Hotels of the World or Preferred Hotels & Resorts.
- Experience with SAP and Office.
