we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, mental health, and vision coverage for you, your spouse/partner, and children. /li /ul h3Your Impact /h3 pYou will take ownership of the execution of our third‑party anti‑corruption workstream to solve some of the toughest challenges our firm and clients face. You will design, execute, and monitor third‑party intermediary (TPI) controls, a critical priority for the firm. Your responsibilities will be to collaborate with firm functions (e.g., Optimize, CSR and Legal) to enhance among others: risk ranking analysis; consistency and turnaround time in the due diligence process across third‑party types; risk insights from firm data translating these into concrete actions (e.g., new preventive and detective controls) and monitoring of TPI transactions (e.g., General Ledger, PSS Charge Code Monitoring and Internal Audit testing). /p pYou will also engage with key stakeholders (e.g., Onboarding teams, other Ethics Compliance subject matter experts, Legal, Risk and Internal Audit) to ensure appropriate reviews and due diligence are done to our firm’s third parties. Your work will help our firm to improve and enhance our third‑party program.



/p h3Your Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree required, advanced degree(s) and/or applicable professional certifications (e.g., Law, Juris Doctor, CPA) preferred. /li liOR 7+ years of professional experience in a manager position within ethics, compliance, risk, legal, audit and/or governance; in a large multinational organization preferred. /li liSenior Presence and Toolkit: Demonstrated credible leadership, project management, problem‑solving and communication skills. /li liStrong Influencer with Collaborative Style: Ability to offer new ideas, constructively challenge conventional wisdom, and work collaboratively towards a common objective. /li liExcellent Problem‑Solving and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze problems, make wise recommendations, and lead analysis and reporting of key metrics. /li liAbility to work and develop AI capabilities. /li liAbility to Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust with colleagues across geographies, roles, and levels, and maintain a non‑hierarchical approach with strong influencing capabilities. /li liEntrepreneurial Energy and Commitment: Passion for taking on new challenges, with a commitment to the firm’s mission and values. /li liStrong Organizational and Process Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to high‑quality results. /li liOutstanding Communication and Proactivity: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to senior leaders and stakeholders. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
