This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and play a key role across the full investment lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport due diligence processes for potential transactions. /li liSupport the end-to-end acquisition process, including execution and negotiations alongside senior stakeholders. /li liConduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities. /li liPrepare high-quality presentations and materials for boards, investors, banks, and other stakeholders. /li liAnalyse and assess business models and strategic positioning of target companies. /li liBuild and review financial models, including company valuations, LBO models, budgets, and forecasts. /li liSupport the preparation of investment memorandums and transaction documentation. /li liCoordinate with auditors and external advisors during financial and operational reviews. /li liDevelop and maintain financial models for portfolio monitoring and performance tracking. /li liProduce financial reports and consolidation packages for internal and client use. /li liImplement and oversee financial best practices across the company and its portfolio.
