As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP Quality Manufacturing Management across various regions for our global clients. At least 5 years of implementation experience. /li liResponsible for providing support SAP PP/QM module incidents, ensuring minimal - disruption to operations. /li liSupport incident solving by analyzing incidents raised by users and provides solutions. /li /ul pUnderstand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible. /p ul liCross-functional communication skills; experience in offshore/onsite model. /li liAbility to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment. /li liFlexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work including ability to do shifts and being on call for critical business requirements /li /ul h3Ideally, You'll Also Have /h3 ul liSound experience in configuring BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, MRP, Production/Process Orders, and Batch Management. /li liGood knowledge in Setting up inspection plans, inspection lots, sampling schemes, quality certificates,



and defect recording/nonconformance management. /li liAn understanding on establishing pieces of equipment and functional location structure, maintenance BOMs. /li liExperience in integration of materials management, quality management and production planning modules. /li liSAP Certification in SAP PP/QM. /li /ul h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liJoin Implementation, Continuous Improvement Migration projects on SAP ECC/S4HANA. /li liSupport Solutions Architecture Estimates. /li liProvide day to day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management and problem management as Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist. /li liCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs and provide advice on SAP PP/QM solutions and designs. /li liDevelop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides and test scripts. /li /ul pWorking closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely. /p ul liHandle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements. /li liDefect resolution and defect analysis related to PP/QM. /li liKeep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pIn EY GDS Spain,
