ph3Job Description /h3 pAn opportunity has arisen on the FAL A330 MRTT for a Production Engineer specialized in A/C Assembly Disassembly, System Installation and Functional Test within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pThe jobholder will be responsible of the A/C conversion activities assigned by the Head Of the A/C zone. /p ul liManage the multifunctional team established within TAOTT4 under his/her responsibility to achieve the delivery goals without pending works, integrating all functions assigned: Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning Production Control, etc. as well as resources assigned; human, infrastructure, tooling, industrial means, etc. /li liManage a diverse team of Airbus shopfloor managers, electricians, mechanics and maintenance testing technicians, as well as several subcontractors’ companies working in the same A/C zone. /li liEnsure coordination across different TAOTT´s zones to reach AG2 objectives. /li liEnsure a proper workload-capacity with right competencies. /li liEnsure that Health Safety, Quality, FOD, DIM and House Keeping standards are known and followed by all stakeholders working on his/her area of responsibility. /li liDrive continuous improvement and the Operational Excellence in the area. /li liGuarantee VOC (Voice of the Customer) communication in the area, promoting actions to improve customer satisfaction. /li liLead the cultural transformation towards a more efficient organization. /li liAct as a role model in the regarding Health Safety, team engagement, energy, Airbus values and ethics compliance.
