You’ll work on cutting‑edge solutions for general ISPs like DT, Telefónica, and Bouygues, improving access networks, WiFi management, and E2E software. /p pThe Telecommunications Algorithms Engineer plays a key role in the design and development of AXON Networks products focused on access and WiFi technologies. and you will feel a part of a highly skilled technical community. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide expert support for AXON Networks product features. /li liDesign, develop, and refine algorithms, including troubleshooting and bug fixing. /li liDrive innovation in managing access networks, setting the direction for next‑generation software solutions for network access technologies. /li liMentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver transformative products that meet the needs of global ISPs. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liMaster’s in Telecommunications or related field (PhD is a plus). /li liExperience working on the physical layer of communication systems. /li liKnowledge of communication systems and statistical processing. /li liKnowledge of copper (DSL), fiber (PON) or Wi‑Fi technologies is desirable. /li liExperience in collection, test definition, analysis, and reporting of data in lab/production environments. /li liExperience with database languages such as SQL/MongoDB. /li liExperience with version control systems, such as GIT. /li liExperience with Java software development.
