This role ensures operational stability across SAP Business One, business process automations (BPA), dashboards, Google Workspace, and a macOS-based environment. In addition to support ownership, the role contributes to structured project execution, documentation, testing, and post-go-live stabilization. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide first-line support for SAP Business One users, including troubleshooting transactional, reporting, and KPI/dashboard issues /li liMonitor and support BPA integrations, reprocess failures, and escalate structural issues as needed /li liManage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner /li liSupport macOS hardware/software and Google Workspace applications, including account provisioning and access management /li liAdminister device lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, security) and manage endpoints via MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune) /li liEnsure system updates, endpoint security compliance,



and maintain IT asset inventory /li liAssist with EDI-related issues and escalating system configuration or architectural concerns /li liSupport ERP upgrades, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives /li liAssist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination /li liTrack project tasks, support post-go-live stabilization, and coordinate between business and technical teams /li liPrepare and deploy MacBooks for new hires and conduct periodic audits of equipment and system access /li /ul h3The ideal candidate will have /h3 ul liStrong experience supporting MacOS environments /li liExperience administering an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, or similar) /li liExperience supporting ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) /li liExperience supporting system integrations or automation platforms (BPA preferred) /li liBasic understanding of project management principles /li liStrong troubleshooting and communication skills /li liFamiliarity with Google Workspace administration /li liFamiliarity with IT Service Management systems such as Halo and Jira /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul li4-6+ years of experience in IT support or business systems support /li liBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred /li liProfessional fluency in English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus. /li /ul h3Work environment /h3 ul liHybrid work available but candidates must be living in close proximity to NSI’s office in Barcelona for in-office or in-person meetings. /li liCandidates must be versátil with their schedule to support an international team, including the standard 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift from Monday to Friday.
