We’re actively seeking a Ventures Analyst in Valencia to champion the Plug and Play business model and drive portfolio growth. /p h3HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE?: /h3 h31. Startup Sourcing Pipeline Development /h3 ul liIdentify and source high-potential startups across the Travel industry. /li liAttend calls and meetings with startups to assess solutions, scalability, and relevance for corporate partners. /li liMaintain a high-quality,



up-to-date dealflow pipeline /li /ul h32. Ecosystem Relationship Building /h3 ul liBuild and nurture relationships with VCs, accelerators, universities, corporations, and other ecosystem players in the US and internationally. /li liActively network with startup founders at industry events, meetups, and conferences to uncover new opportunities. /li liMaintain strong and lasting relationships with industry partners to enable strategic introductions. /li /ul h33. Corporate Partner Engagement /h3 ul liSchedule and facilitate dealflow meetings between startups and corporate partners. /li liCurate custom startup lists tailored to each partner’s technology interests and strategic objectives. /li liTrack and report engagement KPIs such as startup introductions, pilots launched, and partnerships signed. /li /ul h34. Investment Support Due Diligence /h3 ul liSupport senior Ventures team members on investment opportunities from sourcing to closing. /li liConduct due diligence on target startups, including market research, competitive analysis, business model review, and cap table assessment. /li liContribute to investment recommendation memos and present findings to the Ventures team.
