You will work on enhancing DDN’s HR technology ecosystem, with bWorkday as the core HCM platform /b while driving innovation in and around it through modern orchestration technology, workplace AI, and frontier models. Partnering closely with HR, Finance, and technical teams on solution design, our team is a group of highly talented, dedicated professionals who will challenge and empower you to solve big problems. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul lipServe as a key engineer and product lead for our bWorkday HCM /b deployment including configuration, testing, documentation, and ongoing enhancements in areas such as core HCM, time, absence, advanced comp, payroll, and benefits /p /li lipPartner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into practical system designs, process improvements, and supportable solutions. /p /li lipConfigure and maintain HR business processes, security, calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and data validations as needed. /p /li lipWork closely with integration and automation team to improve connectivity between Workday and other internal/external applications for operations, analytics, workflow automation, and embedded AI /p /li lipHelp establish strong operational discipline through clear documentation,



ticket handling, sprint participation, and visible delivery tracking. /p /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul lipA curious, service-oriented approach and a genuine interest in understanding the business context behind requirements. /p /li lipb4-7 years /b of experience in bHRIS, HCM systems, or Workday-focused engineering/analyst roles /b /p /li lipPractical experience in several of the following areas: bCore HCM, Reporting, Absence and Time Tracking, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits /b. /p /li lipExperience supporting system enhancements, implementations, or post-go-live optimization in a growth environment /p /li lipData-driven mindset; able to use reporting and process insight to guide recommendations. /p /li lipStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain system behavior and tradeoffs clearly /p /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul lipExperience working in general or multi-country HR environments /p /li lipExposure to Peakon, LMS platforms, or HR integrations. /p /li lipExperience partnering on automation, integrations, or AI-enabled workflow improvements. /p /li lipExposure to work management technologies such as Jira and modern gen ai models such as claude and gemini /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
