Grifols S.A. is seeking a Trainee to join the IT QA Team, supporting the design and rollout of IT Quality awareness initiatives that strengthen quality and compliance across the entire IT organization. /ph3What Your Responsibilities Will Be /h3pIn this role, you will play an active part in promoting a strong quality culture within IT. Your main responsibilities will include: /pulliSupporting the design and deployment of IT QA initiatives aimed at increasing quality awareness across the IT organization. /liliAssisting in the implementation and continuous improvement of the IT Quality Management System, including reviewing and updating quality policies, procedures, and work instructions. /liliHelping analyze, track, and resolve quality events, such as deviations, change controls, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). /liliContributing to GxP assessments of IT suppliers and computerized systems under the guidance of the IT Quality team. /liliProviding support during internal and external audits and regulatory inspections. /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions). /pulliYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Informatics or a related field. /liliYou have a strong interest in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Assurance or Quality Control processes. /liliYou have solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). Familiarity with innovative technologies and a foundational understanding of Generative AI tools is highly valued. /liliYou have at least a B2 level of English. /liliYou demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business or pharmaceutical stakeholders. /liliYou have an analytical mindset and are comfortable translating business needs into technology-driven solutions and improvements. /liliYou are proactive, curious, and self-driven, with a strong willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
