Human by nature. /p h3Regulatory Dietary Project Manager, your future position? /h3 h3As The Regulatory Dietary Project Manager /h3 ul liYou will lead the functional team and experts responsible for managing Dietary and Certification data and processes during the integration projects for newly Givaudan-acquired companies, thus ensuring that the proposed operating model is implemented across all the newly acquired entities. /li liYou will lead the program of improving the end-to-end Dietary / Certification internal processes across the Taste Wellbeing division. /li /ul pYou will report to the Head of Regulatory Excellence Innovation, and you will work onsite with a possibility to work one day a week from home. /p pMultiple locations: The role can be based in Budapest (Hungary), Naarden (The Netherlands), or Sant Celoni (Spain). /p h3Your Main Responsibilities Will Include /h3 pFunctional Review and Process development implementation:



/p ul liDrive assessment of the Dietary and Certification requirements and identify gaps for the newly acquired companies /li liCoordinate the Data Collection and Analysis /li liDesign, harmonize, and optimize processes to meet dietary and certification requirements plus review/update the roles and responsibilities (RACI) /li liLead/facilitate workshops and meetings to address dietary needs and establish a path forward /li liEnsure functional readiness (including acting as a liaison to Regulatory) for the SAP implementation kick-off /li liVerify that the proposed operating model is achievable for functions at the new Givaudan sites /li liTake ownership of full stream scope roadmap in alignment with functions and stakeholders /li liPlan and adapt program methodologies to meet functional needs /li /ul h3Project Management /h3 ul liAccountable for implementation of SAP for a specific stream or sub-stream in the newly acquired company /li liApply a strong project management methodology for delivering the Dietary and Certifications data and process into SAP /li liServes as escalation point for issues as Dietary/Certification functional expert during the SAP implementation project /li liGuides risk mitigation throughout the project /li liProvides Progress reports to the Governance team /li /ul h3You /h3 pIf you are someone who wants to shape your own world,
