ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport transaction management activities across energy trading operations, ensuring accurate deal entry, validation, settlement, and confirmations. /li liCollaborate closely with Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient issue resolution. /li liMonitor and improve operational processes, internal controls, and quality standards across Transaction Management activities. /li liManage and resolve operational inquiries through shared mailboxes and JIRA while acting as a key contact for trading desks. /li liContribute to IT and process improvement projects, including system enhancements, new market integrations, and operational optimization initiatives. /li liEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and internal control processes across trading operations.



/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in energy trading operations, transaction management, or back-office activities within the energy sector. /li liStrong understanding of energy and financial markets, trading products, settlements, and operational risk management. /li liConfident communication skills in English (C1/C2); ideally, you also speak additional European languages. /li liAnalytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and process optimization skills. /li liGood project management and IT skills, ideally with experience working with ETRM and SAP systems. /li liOpen to innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration in a fast-changing environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
